About Yvonne

My name is Yvonne O' Grady and I live in the beautiful Doolin along the west coast of Ireland.

I have worked for over the past 15 years in an office environment and always felt trapped and unfulfilled, it felt like I was working to pay the bills but not enjoying life. One day rolled into the next.

After I had my first child 4 years ago a lot of anxiety and self confidence issues came up and last year I decided it was time for change as I could not be the Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend that my family deserved. From working on myself it led me to become qualified as a Quantum Thinking Technologist, NLP Practitioner and Reiki, & Accunevtct Practitioner.

I help people release on past emotions which in turn helps you to overcome fear, eliminate stress, step into your confidence and take charge of your life.
