My name is Yvonne O' Grady and I live in the beautiful Doolin along the west coast of Ireland. I work with people who want to make changes in their lives and help them to become the best version of themselves.

I know exactly what it feels like to be stressed,stuck, insecure, guilt & shame from past experiences. All these feelings left me in dark place and very worried and concerned about my future.

Late 2016 I decided it was time for change as I could not be the Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend that my family deserved and I began working on myself and researching what was the best way to move forward.

From my research  it led me to become qualified as a Quantum Thinking Technologist, NLP Practitioner and Reiki, & Accunevtct Practitioner.
I help people release on past emotions which in turn helps you to overcome fear, eliminate stress, step into your confidence and take charge of your life.
